the challenge

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong needed to reinvent its digital presence during one of the most difficult periods in the city's recent history.

The task: navigate a pandemic, grow membership, modernise the brand, and deepen Italy–HK business ties — simultaneously.

insight‍ & idea

The Chamber's real value isn't just insights and information, it's membership, belonging.

The rebrand had to signal that ItalianCham was a living, active community: a place for business development, shared events, and collective identity.

We redesigned the website (mobile-first, CRM-integrated, with event registration and member portal),

We refreshed the visual identity with a custom icon system, created a social-first campaign calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

We launched a multi-phase campaign with teaser posts, reveal video, and a live event night.
